If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- Refunds and store credit will be credited to our account or statement within 7- 10 business days after we receive your return.
- The customer will be charged return shipping fees, this will be deducted from your refund.
- Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.
- We handle lost and damaged returns on a case by case basis. Please reply to your order confirmation email letting us know what’s going on.
